  • ECMI certified

Our master programme in applied mathematics is accredited by the European Consortium for Mathematics in Industry (ECMI). We are the only ECMI teaching center in Poland!

  • We are up-to-date

Our long-term cooperation with Nokia, Allianz and Mellon BNY allows us to meet the needs of the labor market and modify our programmes accordingly.

  • Great career prospects

Fueled by strong analytical skills, our graduates are highly sought, both in Poland and around the world. You may meet them in companies like Allianz, Credit Suisse, EY, GK Europa, KGHM, Nokia, PGE, Santander Bank or Siemens. Many of our ex-students have stayed in academia to follow the scientific career path. Some of them have already become professors.

  • We care for students

We focus on good relationships with our students and graduates. We are open to and actively seek for feedback on all important matters related to student's life, including the teaching practice and adjustments to the syllabus.

  • Excellent faculty

Our faculty members are excellent scientists who believe that teaching and research go hand-in-hand. They publish in renowned international journals including Nature and Physical Review Letters. Many of them have also experience from work in industry, finances and IT domain.

  • Interdisciplinary research

Our Hugo Steinhaus Center is an excellent collaborative environment for mathematicians, economists, physicists, computer scientists, biologists and engineers. This wide interdisciplinary perspective allows us to tackle many real-life problems in a very unique way.
